We stayed at Barcelona Lofts over the course of 2 years. The apartments are large and spacious. Management did change hands while we were there, and the new management is doing a good job. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment.

I love living at the Barcelona lofts. The maintenance is great and very friendly, we get our own free assigned carports. The gates do work but dumb people like to break things that they don't care about. Every time I have gone or called the office the staff is always there and are always happy to help. They always seem to have our best interest in heart. I have recommended this place many times.

Over the course of the last 24 or 25 years I have had the opportunity to live in apartments in may different states and a few different countries and I have to admit this has been my best of all that i have lived in. From the day I walked in and met the staff the choice to stay at Barcelona was an easy one to make. Since being here management and the staff have went above and beyond to make living here pleasant. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have lived here at Barcelona for the last two years. It is a very quiet and a good place for me and my family. Nancy and her team Have always been very helpful and very good about communicating. Anytime I’ve had any maintenance issue. Nancy’s team has always got it done in a reasonable manner, and they would follow up to ensure the issues were addressed. I also enjoy the fact that whenever there are issues at the property, Nancy and her team, always contact the local police department a and keep them informed about issues that had been made aware of that way they can patrol throughout the night. I would definitely recommend people to live at this location.

This is a great place to live! I recently moved out, and I already miss my cozy apartment. The units are spacious, and as modern as they come. I lived here for over 4 years, and never had any problems. Michelle, Karen, and Irmalinda are really great at what they do. My few maintenance requests were always timely, and the complex is always kept really clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The new buildings are coming along really well, and look to really nice. The expansion of this complex is making Barcelona Lofts that much better.

No problems! Great location! I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a nice place to live. The trash valet is a little pricey but worth the cleanliness kept by the complex. There are people here living over 5 years! Its great!

I have to say that im very pleased with Barcelona lofts. Not only are office staff very kind and courteous but they also make me feel welcomed. Been a resident since June of 2015 and just signed another 13 months. I've never had any maintenance issues, 900+ square feet in a one bedroom apartment is impossible to find in this area. The pool area is always clean and never to packed with people. All in all i would definitely consider this my home!! Thank you Karen and Michelle for always making me feel welcomed here.

Probably the nicest most affordable apartment in the Ingram area. I admit when I first moved in I wasn't loving the carpet so the manager installed wood style flooring almost immediately (so worth it too) which I loved! Also the maintenance crew is super fast to complete my orders. My 2 bedroom is on the 3rd floor and is super spacious if you want space and luxury this is the place to be!
