Easy Application Process
Fill out and sign the lease application.
Bring two cashier checks or money orders addressed to “Barcelona Lofts, LLC” for the following:
- Application Fee: $75 Single/ $90 Joint Applicant. (Non-refundable)
- Admin Fee: $175.00 Dollars. (Non-refundable)
Bring Proof of income: 3 current check paystubs and last two recent bank statements.
Bring a Current Government ID.
